If your refund request is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. If we are unable to refund to the original payment method, we will discuss alternative refund options with you.

This Cancellation & Return Policy (the "Policy") governs the relationship between Ellanie Jewels, with its postal address at i) Bakkalam, Kannur, Kerala - 670562 and ii) 6th Cross, Marutinagar, Madivala, Bengaluru - 560068 (the "Company," "EllanieJewels," "We," or "Us") and you, the customer (the "User," "Customer," "You," or "Your"), when you make purchases or place orders through our website at www.ellaniejewels.com (the "Website" or "Site").

By purchasing or using products available through the Site, and/or returning the products, you agree to comply with this Policy and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations ("Applicable Laws").

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order. After this period, the order will be processed, and a cancellation fee of 3% of the order value will be deducted. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original mode of payment. Orders cannot be canceled after 1 hour of placement. To cancel your order, please contact us at ellaniejewels@gmail.com or reach out via our Instagram @ellanie_jewels with your order number. The refund will be processed within 3-5 business days after the cancellation request is processed.

If the package has been shipped and is refused at delivery for any reason, RTO charges of ₹100 will be deducted from the order value, and the balance will be refunded. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Pricing Disclaimer

Returns and Refunds

Return: For customers in India, we offer returns only for defective products. If the product shows visible damage or defects, you may request a return within 7 days from the delivery date. An unboxing video must be provided showing the damage. Once the return is accepted, we will arrange for a return shipment and cover the return shipping costs.

Exchange: Damaged products in India can be exchanged at no additional cost, subject to availability. An unboxing video showing the damage is required. Products like necklaces, bracelets, anklets, and earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Rings may be exchanged if the size is incorrect, with a fee of ₹100 for exchange. Please verify the size before ordering. The exchange will be processed within 2 working days after receiving the returned product.

To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and include the packaging and tags. Failure to provide the required unboxing video will result in rejection of the request.

Return Shipment: We cover the cost of return shipping for eligible returns.

Refund Process: If your return request is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. If we are unable to refund to the original payment method, we will discuss alternative refund options with you. Only the amount paid for the product will be refunded (excluding shipping costs).

RTO/Lost/Undelivered Shipments: We are not responsible for undelivered or returned-to-origin (RTO) shipments due to incorrect addresses or other customer-provided errors. A refund will be processed once the shipment is returned to us, excluding shipping and RTO charges of ₹100. In case of re-shipping, the customer must bear the cost of shipping.


Reservation of Rights

We may, at our sole discretion, refuse or cancel an order under certain circumstances, such as if the product is out of stock, mispriced, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. We also reserve the right to verify your identity for order processing.

We may make changes to prices, promotions, product descriptions, or specifications at any time without notice. These changes do not obligate us to update past orders.
