Shipping policy
This Shipment Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) outlines your shipping options, how products are shipped, and the procedures when you make purchases or place orders on our website, www.ellaniejewels.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website” or “Site”).
This Policy should be read together with our Disclaimer, Terms & Conditions, Cookie Policy, Privacy Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.
SHIPMENT SERVICE
All our products are shipped from our workshop/warehouse in India. We rely on third-party delivery service provider, Delhivery, to ship the orders placed by users. We offer worldwide shipping, and shipping rates may vary depending on your region. Additionally, you may be liable to pay taxes, customs, and duties as required by applicable law.
ORDERS AND SHIPMENT
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that an item listed as “in stock” will be shipped immediately, as inventory levels can change rapidly. In rare instances, a product may be in stock when an order is placed, but sold out by the time we process it.
Shipment Time: Orders that are successfully received by us are generally dispatched within 2 to 3 working days, provided the products are in stock.
Shipping Cost: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the user unless otherwise stated by us in writing. For deliveries within India, our standard shipping fee is INR 70 per order. However, we offer free shipping on all orders above INR 1500 for delivery addresses within India. You will be able to view this cost before placing your order.
RTO/Un-delivered shipments: We are not responsible for undelivered shipments or RTO (Return to Origin) due to incorrect addresses or misinformation provided during the order process. Refunds (excluding shipping charges) will be processed once the shipment is returned to us. If the shipment is to be re-shipped, the customer must bear the additional shipping charges.
Delivery Time: We use Delhivery as our third-party delivery service provider. Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 7 working days across India, except in Northern India, where deliveries may take 7 to 10 working days. The estimated delivery date will be communicated to you after payment confirmation. However, the delivery timeline may change due to stock shortages, weather conditions, carrier transit times, destination address, or COVID-related restrictions.
Not for Commercial Purposes: The products sold on our website are not intended for resale or distribution. We reserve the right to cancel orders and/or suspend accounts where we suspect products are being ordered in violation of this policy.
Assumption of Risk: You assume the risk for the products once they are delivered to the address you specified at the time of ordering. We or our delivery partners are not liable for any issues arising from an incorrect delivery address or failure to collect products from the specified address.
CHECKING THE ORDER STATUS
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number, allowing you to track the status of your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within the time indicated in your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at ellaniejewels@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the issue.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Taxes and Customs Duties: Imported goods may be subject to import taxes and customs duties, depending on factors such as content, value, and other legally applicable considerations. You are responsible for bearing any such costs, as applicable.
THIRD-PARTY DELIVERY SERVICE PROVIDERS
When you place an order with us, our third-party delivery service provider, Delhivery (referred to as our “Delivery Partner”), will handle the shipping and delivery of your products. To fulfill your order, we share certain personally identifiable information (PII) with our Delivery Partner. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
RISK OF LOSS
As items purchased through the Site are shipped by our Delivery Partner, the risk of loss and title for these items pass to you once they are handed over to the Delivery Partner. This applies to situations where shipments are lost or undelivered due to incorrect address, contact number, or other misinformation provided during the order process. We are not liable for any lost or undelivered shipments.
RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
We or our Delivery Partners reserve the right to modify shipping fees for any jurisdiction.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Unless otherwise specified by applicable statutes, rules, or directives in your jurisdiction, any claims, disputes, or issues arising from your purchase of products or this Policy will be handled according to the Governing Law and Dispute Resolution procedures outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
